Expanding our Team

A few weeks back we sent out a call for creatives to fill an open position on our staff. After meeting a lot of great, talented people we feel like we found the best of the best.

Meet Shawn Davis! Shawn comes to us with 15 plus years in the graphic design and photo retouching business. He resides in Oklahoma City but loves working in Norman and we hope to convert him to a full fledged Normanite soon! Shawn enjoys, movies, art, video games, and music. He is a drummer in a metal band but his music style of choice is punk. If you find yourself in our area come by, meet Shawn and welcome him to the team!

Nextep Audio/Video Installation Fun & Functional

Nextep, a company in Norman, OK providing employer services to businesses in over 37 states, renovated and moved into a new office space in April of 2014. We provided Audio/Video design and integration services throughout the facility. The design provided both fun and function. Digital signage enhances the space with WOW but can also be used to communicate with employees at a moments notice. Stellar conference rooms and an employee training room are easy to operate and allow presenters to get down to business while the employee lounge system gives employees a break to watch their favorite show, movie or have the ultimate gaming experience with fellow employees. The system also includes an IT hub video wall, video conferencing systems, control system and more. Phase two will begin soon and will include a downstairs auditorium.

part of a winning campaign

Some people might say our team at Bramlett & Associates is soft-hearted. And those people might be right. There’s nothing that gets us more excited that a good cause. Well, other than doing a fun project for a good cause. Recently we were asked to produce a set of videos to help promote and gain support for Norman Public Schools’ bond election. We shot interviews of students and administrators and got footage from all over our public schools.

By the time we were done, we were more than ready to vote “yes!” As it turns out, the rest of voters were, too, because the bonds were approved! We’re excited to see the awesome improvements our school facilities receive in the coming years thanks to public support of education. And we’re excited we were part of a winning campaign!

A Chattier Website Experience

Have you ever visited a website to get answers specific questions and, despite the content being helpful, simply cannot find the exact answer that you're looking for anywhere? The team First American Bank wants to make sure that every person who visits their website can get an answer to any banking question.

To that end, First American Bank has integrated a helpful live chat feature on their website. With the use of LivePerson, the customer service team is on call to create meaningful, real time customer connections and improve their experience online. A dynamic button changes on the website based on the availability of customer service representatives. Additionally, the site employs a prompt to encourage viewers to start a chat if they have been on a page for a certain amount of time.

Although this is our first client to integrate this service into their website, we are sure this could be helpful for other business as well and can imagine using LivePerson again soon.

Natural History Museum Gets a Tech Upgrade

Our crew from Bramlett AV has been hard at work at The University of Oklahoma's Sam Noble Museum of Natural History! Last week, we spent the day enhancing the museum's sound system in the Great Hall. We upgraded the system with four brand new 8" EV speakers and a Crown amplifier. We were happy to provide this solution in order to improve the sound coverage for large events the museum hosts.

This upgrade came at the perfect time for Sam Noble Museum as they have an exciting event coming up in late October. The museum will host a one-time screening of Navajo-Language Star Wars. This screening is free to the public on Sunday, October 27 at 7 p.m and will feature Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope dubbed in the Navajo Language! Go check out this unique event and experience our enhanced sound system all in one visit.

It Was an Epic Day!

The Bramlett crew had a blast this weekend at Epic Day at the Park hosted by the Hopper family benefiting Norman Addiction Information and Counseling. Over the past several weeks, we have been busy designing flyers, securing sponsorship, and organizing the event so that the Norman and Noble communities could come together to enjoy a day of family fun! Two of our own from Bramlett even performed with their bands at the event along with 3 other bands! The entire day was filled with friends, fun, and plenty of giving.

This event was a great success with more than 100 families and children joining in on the fun! We are glad our hard work preparing for the event has paid off for NAIC! We were so pleased to have been able to help and we hope to help them have another successful event next year!

The CLEVELAND COUNTY FAMILY YMCA is constantly providing our community with ways to stay healthy in fun and exciting ways. One of their most popular events is the Tie Dye Tri, a USA Triathalon sanctioned event. In the past we have designed logos, signage, flyers, banners, social media and press releases so that the event can be properly marketed. We have seen the success that the triathlon can produce and hope to see even better results at this years race.

The Y looks to provide social responsibility through all events that they provide, with this one being no different. All proceeds from the Tie-Dye-Tri go towards benefitting the CLEVELAND COUNTY FAMILY YMCA Financial Assistance Program.

We had so much fun working on this event and would like to invite you to join us this year. You can register for the triathlon or sign up to be a volunteer at

Complicated Made Simple

Calvin Weeks & Associates takes the "Complicated and makes it Simple" when it comes to IT security and legal systems. We provide them with the tools they need to reach businesses and attorneys who require their services.

Our designs for Calvin Weeks portray the professionalism and intelligence they need to successfully reach customers. We began our relationship with them through the creation of a new logo that was later transformed into business cards, brochures,  thank you cards, trade show materials and even the newly trending QR codes. Our AV team stepped in and provided Calvin Weeks with a digital display and stand to use at trade shows, during presentations and even at in-house meetings. As our relationship continues to grow, we look forward to providing them with their advertising needs as they move towards becoming a household name in IT Security and Legal Systems.
