UNDER CONSTRUCTION

New and exciting things are happening at the Bramlett & Associates’ office! What once was known as Old Town Plaza is now The Railhouse. Our building was purchased this past month and is now under construction both inside and out with a complete redesign on the top floor to optimize the space for the creatives at Old Hat, an agency that caters to designs for the collegiate and professional athletics industry, and relocate the professionals at Old Town Realtors.

New changes are coming to our floor too including a new entry to our offices. The main doors on the north side (W Eufaula) will no longer lead to our offices. We will instead be using the ground level entry at the Southeast corner of our building (off Symmes). The new entry will be remodeled with a welcoming design and feeling. Stay tuned for updates!

BOOMER SOONER

This past weekend was an eventful one as one of our amazing team members proudly represented the CLEVELAND COUNTY FAMILY YMCA courtside at the OU Women’s Basketball game! Leslie was a natural in front of the camera as she explained to the viewers all of the work that the Y does in the community and how they stand for youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Her segment aired Saturday during halftime on FOX Sports Southwest and was a hit. The Women’s team was triumphant over Texas Tech with a final score of 65 to 55 and we like to think that having our team members on hand to cheer helped them on to victory! We hope that you were able to catch Leslie’s interview and were encouraged by her to go online and check out how the Y! MERRY CHRISTMAS

Bramlett & Associates has had a wonderful year and could not have gotten where we are today without each and every one of you! We want to take a moment to express our warmest thanks to you for supporting our business and making each day more exciting.

We have been blessed with many milestones over the past year and have had the pleasure to learn from our clients and grow into the company that we are today. A few highlights from the past year include:

• Celebrating 10 years as a company

• Growing our team with the addition of two new members, Jason Christopher and Nicole Bryan

• Partnering with Norman Regional Health Foundation to create a video that expresses the importance of the amazing work they do with their patients

• Bramlett AV outfitted every classroom at Hubbard Elementary with new projectors

• Completely rebranding Arthur’s Air Conditioning & Heating with the introduction of King Arthur as their mascot

• Work with Mary Abbott Children’s House to spread the fundamental message for which they stand

• Help the CLEVELAND COUNTY FAMILY YMCA integrate the new Y USA brand

In celebration of Christmas and the New Year, our office will be closed December 24th through December 26th as well as December 31st and January 1st.

October a Month of FUNdraising

October has been an eventful month for the Bramlett team!

We began developing the video for the Center For Children and Families Inc. 2012 Heart and Hands luncheon four months ago and were pleased to see the impact it made on the event. It has been an honor to be chosen to produce the videos for CCFI for the past nine years and we hope to continue to work with the organization for many years to come! The Bramlett team has been working with East Main Place for five years and have enjoyed every minute of it. Krystyn, serving on the board for four years, sadly, will have served her term limit at the end of this year. We have been coordinating and planning their annual fundraiser for the past three years. In the last four months we designed the invitations, tickets and a brochure for their annual Benvenuti's dinner and fundraiser that was held on October 23rd. We coordinated with Benvenuti's, created guest lists, wrote press releases, booked musical entertainment and helped a former resident prepare a testimony for the fundraiser. United Way is hosting their annual Celebrity Sing and we are proud to say that Krystyn will be performing and doing the Time Warp from the Rocky Horror Picture Show. She has put in hours of practice and is looking forward to performing tonight. We are not exactly sure how Krystyn got roped into this one since it's Leslie that is on the board. The Bramlett Team's Newest Member

Bramlett & Associates welcomes Nicole Bryan as their new Junior Account Executive. Nicole collaborates with clients in order to fully grasp their needs and goals so that an effective campaign can be built. Her first interest was writing but her passion soon fell to the creative side of things. Experience with major brands and challenging technical projects has prepared Nicole to develop countless campaigns that have gone above and beyond the clients’ expectations. She oversees relationships, develops brand insights and pours herself into every campaign she works on. Her favorite thing about working for Bramlett & Associates is that there is never a dull moment.

She moved from her hometown of Plano, Texas to attend the University of Oklahoma. Nicole chose to remain living in Norman post-graduation because she enjoys the small town feeling of Norman compared to the Dallas area.

Last night was a great success for Bramlett & Associates! We had a blast with our clients, friends and family while celebrating our 10 years as a company. It truly is amazing to see how far we've come over the past 10 years. We couldn't do it without all of our clients and staff. Norman High School Reunion Run

The Bramlett Team has deep roots in Norman. In fact, our three owners, Colby, Krystyn and Leslie, all graduated from Norman High School and this year the next generation of Bramletts has entered the ranks as a Norman Tiger. Our company continues to show school spirt by supporting the Norman High School Reunion Run Annual 5K and Fun Run. For the past two years we have helped with the event's website, posters and sponsor forms.

This top fundraiser for NHS PTA invests all proceeds into the classrooms and is a great way to ensure Norman's kids are getting an excellent education. It's not too late for you to get involved. All of Norman is welcome to participate, show support or volunteer! You can register at reunionrun.org. The event will be held at Harve Collins Field this Saturday, September 29, and is open to the public. Today is the last day for online registration so do it now!

Office Surprise

Today has been quite an exciting one! Krystyn and Leslie brought in an office surprise from the parking lot. A sweet and playful pup was lost but has now been returned to her rightful owner. There's never a dull moment with the Bramlett Team!

Heartline's Festival of Hope 2012

Heartline's Festival of Hope at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum, was a fabulous event that we started preparing for months ago. They handed us the task of using video to highlight the 2012 Festival of Hope Honorees. We had the pleasure of meeting Major Ed Pulido, the director and members of the Mid Del Community Health Center, Cathy Leichter and Pam Millington who honored the late Dr. Nelda Ferguson. It was an honor to work with such admirable people. As a partner of hope, we enjoyed producing the video for this event, just as we have for the last 6 years. It is inspiring to hear what Oklahomans are doing to make our community better. We were touched to see our work make an impact on people in the audience during the event. We enjoyed meeting new people at our table, browsing the auction items and seeing Denny's face light up when he won an item. The photobooth was especially fun.
